These Terms & Conditions govern orders placed through the Blueprint Kitchen website. Please read them before placing your order.

1. Who we are

Blueprint Kitchen operates this website and the food ordering service described here. Our contact details are at the bottom of this page.

2. Placing an order

When you submit an order you are making an offer to purchase. The contract between you and Blueprint Kitchen is formed when we confirm the order on-screen or by email. We reserve the right to decline any order.

3. Pricing and VAT

All prices on the menu include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time; the price shown at the time you confirm your order is the price you pay.

4. Availability

Menu items are subject to availability. If an item is unavailable after you have ordered, we will contact you to offer a suitable alternative or a full refund for that item.

5. Allergens and dietary information

Allergen information is provided as a guide. Our kitchen handles all 14 UK-regulated allergens and cross-contamination cannot be guaranteed. If you have a severe allergy, please call us before ordering on 020 7946 0001.

6. Delivery and collection

Delivery times are estimated and can be affected by demand, traffic, and weather. We will contact you if there is a significant delay. Collection times are also estimated; please wait at the counter if your order is not ready.

7. Payment

Payment is taken at the time of order. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Your payment details are processed securely by our payment provider and are never stored on our servers.

8. Cancellations

You may cancel an order at no charge any time before we accept it in the kitchen. Once preparation has begun, cancellation may not be possible. See our Refunds Policy for full details.

9. Liability

Blueprint Kitchen is not liable for indirect losses, loss of profit, or consequential loss arising from use of this website or from an order. Our liability is limited to the value of the order in question.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this website is always the current version.
