Delivery Policy
Delivery area
We deliver to postcodes within our delivery zone, which you can check using the postcode checker on our menu page. If your postcode is outside our area, collection from 12 Blueprint Lane, London, E1 6RF is always available.
Delivery charges and minimum orders
A minimum order value and delivery fee may apply depending on your postcode. Both are shown clearly before you confirm payment — there are no hidden charges.
Estimated delivery times
Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates based on current order volume and distance. Typical delivery takes 30–60 minutes from order confirmation. Times can be longer during peak periods (Friday and Saturday evenings) or in adverse weather conditions.
If your order is significantly delayed, we will contact you on the phone number provided.
Delivery instructions
Please ensure your delivery address and phone number are correct when you order. If you have specific instructions (e.g. leave at door, access code for a gate), add them to the order notes field at checkout.
Our driver will call if they cannot find you. If there is no answer after a reasonable wait, the order may be returned to the kitchen and a refund may not be possible.
Contactless delivery
If you prefer contactless delivery, add a note at checkout requesting the driver to leave your order at the door. Photo confirmation may be provided.
Unable to deliver?
If we are unable to complete delivery for reasons within our control (e.g. driver unavailability), we will contact you to rearrange or issue a full refund.
