## How allergens are listed on our menu

Each dish on our menu shows which of the above allergens are present. This information is based on the ingredients used in the recipe. We update allergen information whenever a recipe changes.

## Cross-contamination risk

Our kitchen prepares dishes containing all 14 regulated allergens. Despite our best efforts to keep equipment clean and separate, we cannot guarantee that any dish is completely free from traces of any allergen. For this reason, we cannot prepare food that is guaranteed safe for people with severe allergies.
