Refunds & Cancellations

We want you to be completely satisfied with every order. This policy explains your rights if something goes wrong.

Cancelling before the kitchen accepts your order

You can cancel your order free of charge at any time before we accept it in our kitchen. Call us immediately on 020 7946 0001 to request a cancellation. If the order has not yet been accepted, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

Cancelling after the kitchen has started preparing

Once food preparation has begun, cancellation may not be possible. If you still wish to cancel, please call us on 020 7946 0001 and we will do our best to assist, though a refund may not be possible at this stage.

Something wrong with your order?

If you receive an order with: a missing item; a wrong item; a quality problem; or damage in transit — please contact us the same evening you received the order. We will investigate and resolve the matter with one of the following:

- A replacement delivered at no extra charge
- A credit to your account for a future order
- A partial or full refund to your original payment method

Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days and appear on your statement within 7–10 business days depending on your bank.

Non-refundable situations

We cannot offer refunds where: the order was correct but you changed your mind after delivery; incorrect delivery details were provided; the food was not accepted from the driver.
