When you place an order we collect: your name, email address, phone number, delivery address, and order history. If you create an account we also store your login credentials (password stored encrypted — never readable by us).

We do not collect payment card numbers. All card payments are processed securely by our payment provider; only a transaction reference is stored on our system.

We use your information to: process and deliver your order; contact you about your order status; send order confirmations and receipts; and — only if you have opted in — to send you promotions and offers. We do not use your data for any other purpose without your explicit consent.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with: our payment processor (to charge your card), our delivery software (to route orders), and our hosting provider (to run this website). Each of these operates under strict data-processing agreements.
